Yes, you read it right! Ideal Mobile can now activate the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5c on its nationwide Sprint prepaid network. Not only will you get the same coverage that Sprint offers through their towers, but you will also have 4G LTE on your iPhone 5, 5s, or 5C.

Activating these phones is as easy as pie… and if the pie gets a little complicated, our team will be glad to help you over the phone (855-269-5145)

In order to bring your phone to our CDMA prepaid network, you will need to verify that your iPhone has a Sprint SIM Card in the slot on the side of the phone. If it does, you will need to enter the Settings of your phone. Scroll over to General, tap on About Phone, and look for a field called the ICCID or UICC. This number typically is composed of 20 digits and usually starts with the numbers “8901…”

You will also need to check your phone’s ESN with Ideal Mobile. This can be done using our free Sprint ESN checker on our home page or at the end of this article. You can obtain the serial number that you need to put in our ESN Checker by going to Settings, General, and About Phone – you will input the MEID number¬†into our ESN Checker. If our ESN tool returns any sort of error, please give us a call and we will be glad to help you over the phone.

If your iPhone is eligible for our Sprint prepaid network, all you have to do is follow the simple steps on the screen. You will be able to get a new phone number within a matter of minutes. You can also port your existing phone number to Ideal Mobile by calling our Customer Support Team any day of the week. If you run into any roadblocks, know that we are here to help!

For the best user experience possible, we recommend putting your iPhone 5S or 5C on our better plans ($50, $60, or $70). Check out all of our plans here. All of our plans are 4G LTE in order to provide you the best experience possible.
